RUDE employees! As a member of AAA for many many years I do not expect upon arrival to be treated like a worthless human. Two employees addressed me as if I were a menace. I walked in hoping to change my name on my license as I had four years ago. I was told they no longer provide that service. (Ok that's fine) however it was the manner in which I was told. First I asked if I were in the correct line, the woman whom I directed my question to answered me as if I didn't know what a line is. I honestly did not have time to waste waiting in the 'wrong' line and simply wanted acknowledgement that I was in the correct place. That said she was just rude. The employee who directed me to her space was equally rude. When she told me they no longer did name changes on licenses, I asked where I should go.. she rudely and ignorantly said "Uh, THE DMV!" well really, that was uncalled for, she may have nicely told me there was one close by in Warren only a short few miles from this office but NO she was just rude. I am personally offended by their unprofessional behavior, and as I hold four family memberships you can be certain I will take a second look at renewing those in February when they come up for renewal. I have NEVER been treated so awfully in a AAA office. Barrington Employees you should be ASHAMED of yourselves

Short waiting time but had issues with license renewal. Their system didnt have the most up to date info from the dmv. So i basically spent 63$ for nothing. Ridiculous. The lady wasnt so helpful either.

ok short and direct : have you ever had to go to any DMV office for any thing ? if so you are aware of the inhospitable attitude and dysfunctional conditions that prevail. going t the AAA office was a breath of fresh air ,THANK YOU FOR THE SERVICE ,
