The web site informs us that they are open until 2:00 AM but we called 4 times between 11:00-12:20 on the date of 5/18-5/1917. Someone kept hanging up on us after being on the lines for multiple minutes. When someone finally picks up they say they are closed and hang up very rudely. Customer service here is not what it should be, and its disheartening because I like the franchise but this experience makes me want to order somewhere in the future.
